Psychotherapy Services
I offer evidence based psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, adults, and families. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, my goal is to create a space that fosters growth, understanding, and meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It is an effective approach for treating anxiety, depression, stress, and a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Together, we work on building practical tools and coping strategies to promote lasting well-being.
Therapy for Children, Teens, Adults, & Families
I offer therapy across the lifespan, adapting my approach to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each client:
Children - addressing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges in a supportive and age-appropriate way.
Adolescents - navigating identity, peer relationships, academic stress, and mental health challenges.
Adults - providing a confidential and non-judgmental space to explore personal challenges, relationships and life goals.
Families - improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening family relationships.
SPACE Trained Therapist
(Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
As a SPACE trained therapist, I work with parents of children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and related difficulties. This evidence-based approach empowers parents to support their child’s progress without relying solely on traditional child-focused therapy. SPACE focuses on reducing accommodations, strengthening the parent-child relationship, and building effective strategies for long-term resilience.
