With over 25 years of experience, I have been in private practice in Fairfield since 1998, providing compassionate and effective support to children, teens, adults and families. Prior to opening my practice, I worked as a social worker in high school, middle school, and alternative school settings, as well as in foster care and adoption services.
I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 1996, equipping me with a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges.
Outside of my practice, I am married to a psychologist, and together we are raising three children. My dedication to both my family and my clients reflects my belief in the power of connection, support, and growth.
