While I am not a participating provider for any insurance plans, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have "out of network" mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment is required at the end of each session. At your request, I can provide you with a receipt for payment, which you may forward to your insurance company for consideration for reimbursement. 

Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged.
